Student Absences/Course Drop Information for MPH@UNC Instructors
The student alert is a way to communicate a concern with a student’s academic performance to their Academic Coordinator and other Student Affairs staff. Please complete an alert in Gillings Navigate if you have concerns about a student’s performance. At week two of the term, all instructors are reminded to identify any students in their section which may be at risk for earning an “L” or an “F” in the course or who are having attendance issues by using this same application. This process can be used at anytime throughout the term when an instructor has a concern about a student.
